Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent. Paid by the tenant to reserve the property. Deposit: 4 weeks rent. This will cover damages and defaults by the tenant as detailed in the AST during the tenancy.

The method used for calculating the weekly price is: (monthly price x 12) / 52, rounded to the nearest pound.
For Example: If the property is rented at £600pcm, (600 x 12) / 52 = £138 Holding Deposit (1 week) & £553 Security Deposit (4 weeks)

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)

Payment of £50 including VAT or reasonable costs incurred if higher if you want to change the tenancy agreement.

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from rent due date until paid in order to pursued non-payment of rent. Please note: This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.
